一、个人简介

谢海芬,19668月出生,理学博士,教授。曾获上海市育才奖,华东理工大学教学贡献奖和教学成果奖,上海市自然科学二等奖、中华人民共和国教育部自然科学二等奖。

二、主要学习及工作经历

  

1、学习经历

1984年9月—1988年6月,就读南京师范大学物理系,本科理学/学士

1996年9月—1999年1月,就读于华东理工大学物理系,研究生理学/硕士

2002年9月—2005年6月,就读于复旦大学微电子系,研究生/理学博士

2、工作经历

19886月—至今,就职于华东理工大学

  

三、讲授课程

承担工科《大学物理》、中德工学院全英文《大学物理》、物理系光电信息科学与工程专业本科生《现代传感技术与应用》、物理系研究生《微传感器MEMS与智能器件》等课程的教学任务。

  

四、研究方向及主要进展

研究方向:半导体材料与器件,纳米传感技术与应用。在科研方面,作为负责人承担军工重大项目以及横向项目,在Journal of Applied Physics Sensors and Actuators B: 国际知名杂志发表论文。
